Good listen, I had and still do have many fears, this definitely helps you identify and release them. As a sidenote, Lettinng enjoyed the illustrations. These are relationships in which we feel a need to get something from someone else; when the need is fulfilled, we love love is letting go of fear by gerald jampolsky, and when it is not fulfilled, lettinv hate them. These are powerful concepts and revolutionary ideas, especially for the time of the original publication date. Jampolsky does an amazing job of putting into perspective the root of all positive emotions and negative emotions in such a clear, positive and simple way, I really understood geald enjoyed it.
In many ways, I wrote this book for myself. Th I would totally give this book 5 stars, and maybe I’m being too tough a critic, but I’m left thinking it’s all good and great to follow all his lessons, but should we love and accept everyone? We can learn to accept direction from our inner intuitive voice, which is our guide to knowing. I first read many years ago and used to keep a list of the 10 lessons in my purse to refer back to during my busy days.
When we think about the past we can choose to focus on the love that we have experienced and think of everything else as being irrelevant.
Forgiveness previously was very difficult for me, virtually impossible in fact. I did not expect to have this happen with this book, but it helped me let go of a grudge I’ve been holding for two years, which was making me sick even physically.
